Mike Lipinski has over 20 years of
experience in the Information Technology industry. His background includes
professional, managerial, operational, and technical engagements with network
integration companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and professional
services organizations. He has extensive experience in the development,
deployment, and maintenance of enterprise communication systems including
physical plant, voice/telecom, video distribution systems and data communication
systems ranging in size from hundreds of nodes to many tens of thousands of
nodes.
Lipinski has spent the last 12 years helping organizations manage and measure
business processes by utilizing information technology. Through numerous
professional engagements, Lipinski has helped clients develop policy and
controls assurance procedures, assess needs, identify and manage risk, develop
business continuity plans, reduce IT operational expense, add
efficiencies/reduce costs, plan and manage the move of a data center, office or
manufacturing operation, develop and operate long term technology migration
plans and executive security counseling. Mike’s areas of expertise include
security, disaster recovery, risk management, mobile and wireless strategy
development and thin client technologies.

the Oakland County Economic Development Roundtable and the Detroit Regional
Chamber

Lynn Ingberg
brings 11 years of telecommunications, video and networking experience. Her expertise lies in the
design, configuration, implementation and management of legacy and IP voice,
network, and video systems and applications. She has spent the last six
years helping organizations assess, design, implement, and deploy strategic
management processes to best use information technology. Lynn’s areas of
expertise include voice, video, networking, and management strategies.
Prior to the start of Advanced Communications Technologies,
Ingberg has held positions with Ameritech’s Business Communications
Services division, where she provided telecommunications expertise to her
customers and Plante & Moran. Facilitating the painless relocation efforts
of her many clients are also among
the Beverly Hills, Mich. native's other achievements.
Ingberg is MMTA (Multimedia Telecommunication Association)
certified in telecommunications, data communications, LANs and CTI essentials
and broadband technologies. In addition, she has earned a certification from
MasteryPOINT Learning Systems certified in ISDN, wireless and digital
telecommunications technologies. In 1987, she graduated with dual B.A. degrees
in Telecommunications and Business Administration from Michigan State
University.
Outside the office, Ingberg is active with several local
affiliations, including volunteering on Automation Alley’s Membership Committee
and GLIMA’s Board of Directors.
