Advanced Communications Technologies (ACT) is a technology consulting service firm based in Southfield, MI. We are a completely independent, unbiased resource for our clients.  The company’s success comes from a sincere desire to understand our clients’ businesses, existing communications systems, networks, and services.  ACT’s goal is to educate its clients and meet their business objectives so that they can feel comfortable when acquiring appropriate solutions (product and vendor) in this ever-changing communications and network industry.

Unlike many technology consulting firms, ACT, in addition to being privately owned and managed, is completely independent of any service provider, equipment manufacturer and vendor. We do not receive any commissions or referral fees for any of our recommendations. We work exclusively for, and on behalf of, our clients from whom we receive our only compensation.

We are a small firm and purposely so. We want our clients to feel like they’re our only clients. This allows us to offer our services at more reasonable rates and be more flexible when it comes to the fee structures of our engagements.  We do each and every project as if it were our very first.  Our goal is to become long-term partners with our clients. Their satisfaction is our number-one priority.
