Our Technology Implementation Project Management service will:

• Develop a customized responsibility task list

• Prepare a timeline approved by all vendors and update if the schedule is moved
• Sign off on the completion of the project based on the submission of all requested documentation and client's satisfaction with the operation of the equipment
• Oversee the implementation of the awarded system solution

Following signing a contract with a carrier for service or vendor for new equipment, ACT assists its clients with the daunting task of installation.  ACT will make the move as painless as possible by providing project management of all your communications hardware and services.  Project management must include all of the following: coordination between equipment vendors (voice, data, carrier, cabling, video), construction managers, and the client; coordination of change orders and payment applications; and problem resolve in accordance to the bid specification parameters.
